We review existing conditions, the survey and access first, then set protection and a removal sequence that fits the building. Retail and institutional work is often phased area by area, and loud or dusty work can be scheduled for nights or weekends.

Full-building Type 3 asbestos abatement of a vacant 1920 residence: asbestos plaster walls and ceilings, drywall and joint compound, and vinyl tile and mastic removed room by room under three-chamber containment with negative air and consultant clearance. Then full interior demolition, with every load out through one downtown curb lane.

Selective demolition for an XL classroom renovation in two wings of a working campus: a demising wall, flooring, ceiling tiles, chair rails and wall accessories removed, with projectors, screens and whiteboards salvaged and returned to the college. Work ran during regular or after hours.

Walmart Sarnia
Retail store / Sarnia, Ontario
Full-store selective interior and exterior demolition for a Right Size remodel and Omni buildout, converting the old seasonal area into a new online-order centre. Ceilings, partitions, millwork, flooring and the pharmacy came out in phases, mostly overnight, while the store stayed open to a fixed grand-opening date.

Can you work around a store or school that stays open?
Yes. Retail and institutional demolition is usually phased behind protection, with access routes kept clear and the noisiest work scheduled when the owner needs it.
What if we find asbestos during demolition?
We are an abatement contractor too, so a surprise does not stop the job while you find another trade. We stop, confirm the material, set the right controls and carry on.
What do you need to quote a demolition job?
Drawings or a tender package, the designated substance survey if there is one, and the schedule. A short scope summary with photos is enough to start, and we can book a site walk.
Does the price include debris removal?
Yes. Debris handling, bins and a clean handoff to the next trade are part of the demolition scope unless you tell us otherwise.
