THE COMPANY BEHIND THE WORK.

JQUE exists for the part of a project where the drawings meet the site. The difficult part is often the access, the sequence, the protection, the adjacent operations, and the handoff to the next trade.

JQUE works in commercial, institutional, retail, residential, and technical interior environments. That range changes how we read a scope and how early we see the pressure points.

JQUE is owner-operated. The person who estimates your job is the same person who runs it, answers the phone when conditions change, and signs off the closeout.

THE ROLE IS BIGGER THAN THE TASK.

One crew takes a space from hazardous materials to a prepped slab. Bring JQUE in for one defined scope, or for all four and skip the handoffs between trades.

    Asbestos abatement

    Type 1, 2 and 3 asbestos, mould and lead, under containment and documented through clearance.

    Selective interior demolition

    Interior strip-outs, phased retail and institutional demo, openings and fixture removal.

  3. 03

    Concrete cutting + coring

    Core drilling, slab and wall openings, and penetrations with slurry and debris controlled.

  4. 04

    Floor grinding, polishing + coatings

    Adhesive and mastic removal, surface prep, polished concrete and floor coatings.
