Much of our abatement happens in occupied institutional buildings. Containment, negative air and access routes are planned around the people still using the building.
Pre-renovation abatement for owners, landlords and homeowners, with the same crew and controls we bring to commercial work.
Scopes are priced from your drawings, survey and site conditions. These are the usual pieces.
We read the designated substance survey and drawings first, then set the containment, sequence and waste route before anyone opens a wall. Type 3 work is done by workers holding the Ontario 253W certificate and supervised by a 253S-certified supervisor. Closeout includes waste documentation and the records your consultant signs off.
See the crew's certifications on the Health & Safety page.

Type 3 is high-risk work, such as removing larger amounts of friable material, and needs full containment, negative air and a decontamination facility. JQUE does all three.
